What’s the real scoop you ask? Let me tell you – I downloaded this app to check it out myself. The first thing that I noticed is that it is extremely quick. All of the activities take maybe a second to submit (much faster than several other money saving apps that we know) and you feel like you’re able to complete things (and earn!) as fast as lightning. Always a bonus when you’re on the move!
Pay Your Selfie has lots of “selfie tasks” to choose from and is adding more all the time. When you sign up, you’ll be able to do a few things right away to earn. They pay you $1 just to get started by taking a selfie. So give them your best goofy mug! I did 🙂 There are super easy tasks like “Gift Card Stash” where if you take a selfie with your gift cards, you earn cash (this is a task that is like NOW and may not be available forever) and other tasks that may be a bit more niche, like building a snowman. If you’re in Florida, this likely won’t be one you can complete, but there are many tasks to choose from and there is something for everyone.
Once you log into your app you’ll see a cute little red piggy (it’s a piggy bank my friends!) that you can click and learn what tasks are available. There is a summary of tasks (like above), but if you click each task, you will get more information about what you have to do to participate. Once you have earned $20 you can cash out and Pay Your Selfie will mail you a check. Be SURE that you enter a valid email address while signing up or they won’t be able to communicate with you as far as the status of your cashout request.
Another opportunity that you can utilize is the Refer-A-Friend program! When you submit a task and earn your money, you will have the option to share that image with friends through various social media platforms. If one of your friends joins, you will get $.50 added to your total! And since you are able to share each and every selfie you take through Pay You Selfie, you will have lots of opportunities to share and earn.
