My quick CVS shop today should have been short and sweet, but the Pantene issues threw everything off! You can read my post about that here, but in short, I purchased the required amount and my receipt said that I still had to purchase another $16.66 to earn my $10 ECB. My cashier printed it out for me and I left, so it wasn’t too bad, but hopefully you didn’t have similar trouble! Here’s what I did:
CVS
9 Pantene Shampoo and Conditioner 3/$10 (Used 3 $5/3 from 12/28 P&G)
1 Hunt’s Tomato Paste $1.37
Also used $13.97 in ECB from previous weeks
Paid $2.40 plus tax, Got $10 ECB from Pantene and will get $1.37 Hunt’s from SavingStar
Final Price: $5
Remember that if you want to get a cheaper deal on Pantene, you can use the $2 Styler coupons rather than the $5/3 Hair Care coupons! I don’t use Pantene Stylers (I’m an Herbal Essences loyalist there), but we love Pantene shampoo and conditioner, so that was the best deal for my household. I hope this gives you some ideas! Happy shopping!
