Wow, shopping today was eventful! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – while both Walgreens and CVS have very pleasant cashiers, CVS is SO much easier to shop at. Their registers are easier, their coupon policy is easier (mostly because cashiers are given permission to accommodate customers by themselves as opposed to the hassle that you usually find at Walgreens) and the cashiers are pretty well-trained in couponing. I highly recommend that you read about the crazy Nivea situation at Walgreens before delving into my shops today, but after you do that – here’s what I did:

So all in all, my shop cost me a total of $8.26. The vast majority of that purchase is from the Chex Mix, but since my kids LOVE to bring Chex Mix to school for lunch, I had to stock up while I could!
