I’m sure many of you have already read my Walgreens rant about the issues I’ve had at Walgreens lately and today, but if you haven’t, please take a minute to do that. I’d love to know what you think!
My shop at Walgreens took forever today and since they were out of the Tecnu Corticool Hydrocortisone Gel, I had to alter my shop and threw in a caramel ($.41 for one) as a filler in order to use both of my Register Rewards that expired today. C’est la vie! I also picked up five of the free CVS Antacids (there were about 45 on the shelf, so I wasn’t shelf clearing!) and two sets of free Neutrogena with tote! Here’s what I did:

Transaction #3
3 Neutrogena Bar Soaps $3.29 each

Used $3 ECB from previous transactions (I had left the $7.45 one at home. Facepalm!)

After all was said and done, I’d spent a total of $6.12 for everything. I didn’t want to use any ECB on my first Neutrogena transaction because I wasn’t sure the deal would work (and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of the return just in case). Now that you know it does work, use those ECB to make your transaction cheaper out of pocket! Happy shopping!
