The Zantac rebate form has been released! The good news is that these are free up to $20, but the bad news is that (according to the fine print) any coupons used will be deducted. Here is how to redeem your rebate:
- Buy Any ONE Zantac 50ct or higher
- Send: The original fully completed rebate certificate, UPC barcode cut from the package and the original identified cash register receipt dated 05/4/14 – 05/12/14 with the product purchase circled.
- Receive: A check for the circled price of the Zantac purchase price UP TO $20.00 (excluding tax). ONE redemption only per household (except in Rhode Island). Rebate request must be received at the mailing address or be postmarked by June 11, 2014.
