Here is a recipe that is good for you AND super tasty! This Baked Kale Chips recipe will take you a total of 20 minutes to prepare and make, including cook time! Everyone can use a super quick, healthful recipe in their back pocket!
There are lots of ways to make Kale Chips, but this is my favorite. It is a little bit spicy, so please be aware of that if your kids are having some. If they aren’t fans of spice (or you aren’t!), try putting a bit less of the Weber Thai Chili Seasoning and go for some cheese instead. Over time (at different meals), reduce the amount of cheese on the chips and begin adding some of the Weber Thai Chili Seasoning to get them used to the flavor.
The only major thing that you need to be aware of in this recipe is that you’ll want to watch the Kale Chips in the oven. After about 10 minutes, monitor them so that they don’t burn. The exact amount of time will vary by oven, amount of oil used and how spread apart you have the kale on the cookie sheet. Keep and eye on your Baked Kale Chips recipe to keep it from burning and then munch away!
