Over the last few months I’ve been showing you some of the fun experiments that I’ve gotten to do with Wisk with new Stain Spectrum Technology and here is the last. We’ve seen it cut through proteins and carbohydrates, so now it was time to test oils.
Many women apply makeup as a part of their morning routine. I’m lucky if I can get some eye liner and chapstick on before running out the door, but given a few extra minutes, I might even make it to my lip gloss. The challenge here was to see if Wisk would take out the oiliness of my gloss from a regular hand towel.
I applied my lip gloss and blotted my lips on the hand towel in the bottom right-hand corner. I would usually use a tissue, but I’ve been known to do this without thinking about what I was doing. Hey, we all get in a rush, right?
I then pre-treated the hand towel with some Wisk and let it sit for about 30 seconds.
Next, I washed the hand towel for about 20 seconds in warm water until the bubbles had subsided.
Voila! The lip gloss was gone! Again, I am impressed. I have been thrilled with the coupons that Wisk has put out lately because I am now a huge fan of Wisk. I’ve watched it take out grass stains, lip gloss, and ketchup as well as the regular stains in the wash (yes, I really do use it!), so I am a believer. You can use the $2 coupon from 10/24 RP or $1 from the Wisk Facebook page to try this out for yourself.
Thanks to Wisk for making me a believer!
