When you start a weight loss program, you and your scale become best friends. You take it out every morning (even though it should only be once per week!) and “check in” on how the progress is going.
I have been on several weight loss programs in my life and Weight Watchers was one of my favorites. The program allows you to eat real food in real restaurants and count your points. The program is more fluid, so it allows for things like parties and dining out.
