Remember to give your manufacturer’s coupons before you give your in-ad coupons! It will save you from the dreaded register beep.

**I get my sale prices from an ad scan so that I can get you the deals early. On the rare occasion the ad scan is slightly different from the printed ad that we receive. Please let me know if you find different pricing and I will happily update the deals. Thanks!**

What did I do wrong??? On the Huggies Deal, I bought 3 packages of Huggies totaling $28.47. I used three coupons totaling $5.50 which brought me down to $22.97. Then I used $10 in RR so my subtotal was was $13.22 (added in a filler). My $5 RR did not print. The checker told me it was because I didn’t spend $20 on the Huggies (the deal was spend $20 get $5RR). I told her that I did spend $28 on them and she said that because I was only “spending” $13 that I couldn’t get the RR.
Why??? The RR have never been based on the after coupon price…or have they and I have never noticed?

Krissy, did you use any RR that were from Kimberly Clark to pay for this transaction? If you did, then you wouldn’t have received the $5 RR.

Not sure. The RR that I used was the $10 from the Bayer/Aleve spend $20 get $10 deal. Are they a Kimberly Clark brand?

Not that I know of. I have heard of odd things happening with non-printing RR’s since they upgraded to the new registers. It should be based on pre-coupon price. Sorry this happened!!

I had a similar problem. I purchased twenty something dollars in Huggies products but my $5 register reward did not print out. I showed the cashier the ad and she got the manager and he fixed it for me.
