Many of you have written to me about an email that you received from Your Bucks. For those of you who didn’t get the letter, here’s what it said:

On Wednesday, May 5th, we will be discontinuing the “YourBucks” pilot program. We thank you for your participation in this test promotion and hope that you enjoyed the many special offers.
Catalina Marketing will be evaluating the “YourBucks” program before making any decisions about future activity. If you would like to provide any comments or suggestions on this program, please go online at tv.catalinamarketing.com with your feedback. You can add your comments in the customer service section of the website.
Again, thanks for your participation in the “YourBucks” program!
Here’s the thing – they want our feedback. Let’s give them some!
This was always going to be a pilot program. They wanted to see what would happen, how it would be received, and what the issues would be. My hope is that they will work out whatever kinks they feel are a part of the program (adding limits, etc) and relaunch it in the future. I will be keeping my fingers crossed!
