I didn’t ever realize that Ulta took manufacturer’s coupons, but they do! I was there over the weekend with my friend who’s teaching me the art of looking like a girl (With my Theater background, I can make you look 90, but properly use eyeshadow? No clue.) There were coupon peelies on some of the products I purchased and no one even blinked. SUPER good to know!!
