I am a huge proponent of recumbent bikes. I’ve had issues with my back for years, so I have to be somewhat selective about the exercise equipment that I use. I bought a recumbent bike about five years ago and I love it. It puts the least pressure and strain on my back while still giving me a good workout. Just something to consider if you’re in the same boat!
