People are reporting having found various Halloween Costumes on clearance for as low as $3 and as much as $5.99 at Walgreens right now! If you find some at this price, use the $5 Halloween Costumes coupon from the 10/26 ad (this is an in-ad coupon) to get some for as low as free!
One caveat on this deal – you may not be able to reduce the $5 coupon in order to make the costumes free. Walgreens has a policy on not reducing manufacturer’s coupons, but it wouldn’t surprise me if your store says that the rule applies to Walgreens deals as well (although it shouldn’t). If you find that you’re having this issue, see if you can find anything for just over $5! If you find something for $5.69, you’re still only paying $.69 for the item AND you don’t find yourself in a pickle with the employees and managers. Let me know what you find!
