A few things about this deal – First, Target specifies that you can only price match ads from local competitor markets. That means that you will have to be in the Texas area of this store in order to price match at Target. Walmart now limits price matching to “one-per-customer, per item, per day,” which means that you’ll only be able to get one free roll per day. That said, free is FREE!
