Service Intelligence is the mystery shopping company that I have worked with the longest. They work with a variety of different businesses including clothing retailers, gas stations, a popular food court chain, a fast food restaurant, and many others. You self-schedule these shops, as there isn’t really a scheduler between you and the shops available.
If a due date is getting close, you will receive the occasional email asking you to pick up a shop. As with any mystery shopping company, though, you do not have to accept in order to continue being a contractor for them. What I’m really saying is, please be responsible with any shops you accept. If you are not sure you can get the job done, let someone else take it. There will be more for you soon and the company needs to get their jobs taken care of.
Service Intelligence pays through direct deposit to your bank account. I have worked for this company for seven years and never had a problem. The pay very dependably at the end of the month following the month the shop was completed.
This company requires you to complete trainings to qualify for different shops. They aren’t too complicated, but you might want to get a jump on some of the companies you would be interested in shopping. That way when you see the shop you are ready to claim it.
Overall, this company is very dependable, pays on time, and has shops available regularly. I recommend joining.
