It has been a crazy few days, so I didn’t get a chance to write about this yesterday. Sorry!
I ran out to Walgreens yesterday morning to pick up some of the moneymakers and use the coupons that were going to expire today. Plus we needed…. “diaper disposal bags.”
Here’s what I did
2 Dora Band-Aids
1 Complete Multi-Purpose Solution
2 Oral B Toothbrushes
2 Zooth Toothbrushes
3 Quart Sized Zip Baggies
I used
3 $1 Zooth/Oral-B coupons (the fourth insert I had was missing this page. Oh well!)
2 $.50 Band-Aid coupons
1 $1 Complete coupon
1 $1 Zooth/Oral-B coupon from Walgreens Activity Booklet
1 $2 Band-Aids coupon from Walgreens Activity Booklet (only took off $3 – probably because that was the total price of the items)
$.99 Baggies in-ad coupon
$11 RR from previous transaction
Final Price: $2.70
I got back $14 RR ($8 Complete, $1 Band-Aid, $5 Zooth/Oral-B)
Total Cost: I made $.30
I usually go to Jewel and spend my Register Rewards right away, but I’m going to hang on to a few of the larger denominations to roll since the deals have been so good recently. I have a lot of trouble rolling the smaller RR ($1 or $2) because limitations on the number of manufacturer’s coupons you are allowed to use at a time, so those usually head Jewel’s way first.
