My Shops Today

This morning, I woke up, took a shower, and ran to Walgreens with wet hair. I had stuff to do and family coming by, but I wanted to get in my Walgreens shops before the things were gone. If I didn’t go today, I would’ve had to wait until Tuesday and you know I couldn’t let that happen! On the way to Walgreens I called Jewel to see if they had any Simply Cookies, and, shockingly they did – so I stopped there too.

Got back $13 RR ($9 Zantac, $1 Halls, $3 Chapstick)
Total Cost: I made $3.73

1 $2 Triaminic Healthy Savings coupon (took off $6)
$3 RR from previous transaction

Final Price: $2.83
Got back $9 RR ($8 Triaminic, $1 Halls)
Total Cost: I made $3.17

So, overall I made $15.81 and I am stocked for flu season! I got a little thrown in that second transaction because the Chapstick was only $2.99 (I had been thinking of the Emergen-C for $3.49, but grabbed the wrong product), so I had to throw something else in there at the last second. That’s where the Reese’s came from.
