Okay, my shops were actually last night, not today. My husband is on a forced vacation (forced by me!) and I wanted to give him a little alone time, so I dragged the kids out to Walgreens and Jewel.
The Walgreens transactions were not my best work in terms of rolling Register Rewards, but since I knew I was going to be using them at Jewel anyway, I wasn’t too worried about that.
Here’s what I did:

4 Kraft Velveeta Shells & Cheese Cups $1 each (Used 2 B1G1 coupons)
I also used $7 RR from previous transaction
Final Price: $1.32
I got back $11.50 CATs ($10 Dulcolax, $1.50 Velveeta)
Total Cost: I made $3.18

Altogether I left Walgreens having made $8.97. From there, the kids and I went to Jewel armed with $27 in RR. Pop is 4/$8 this week and that’s not a sale I could miss. We go through a lot of Diet Coke in this house! Plus I wanted to pick up another $300 Refund Rewards gift card.

If you add the two store totals together, I spent a total of $23.46 (or made $6.54 if you include the bonus $30 from the Jewel gift card). And just for the record (because I love seeing stuff like this!), I saved a total of $98.76 at Jewel. I know that much of the savings is due to CATs, but how fun is it to see that you spent $3.93 and saved $98.76??
