It really is all about the free candy, right? I mean, let’s be honest. The free candy is what’s driving us this week. Or is that just me? Cadbury Mini Eggs are one of my FAVORITE treats in the universe, so I only let myself indulge during the time of year when they are on sale. And that means now! Yay!
The two hitches in my plan for today were that: A) my CVS did not have 9 oz Glade Sprays in stock. It has been mentioned that Glade no longer makes the 9 oz spray (only the 8 oz), but hopefully you’ll find some leftover 9 oz cans near you. B) the ECB didn’t print out for my Cadbury Eggs purchase, so my cashier printed one for me manually. It ended up being $1 ECB, as she said the register defaults to $1 ECB for anything under $1. Thanks to CVS for the $.13 bonus! Here’s what I did this week:

My Walgreens store first told me that they didn’t have any Special K Breakfast To Go because they didn’t recall seeing them. Then a manager walked me to the cereal area where the three sad little Special K singles sat alone on the shelf with no signage or price. I bought two because I wanted my family to try them, but I didn’t want to clean them out. And the way they said it, I am not confident that they will get any more in this week.
