Truthfully, I am usually not interested in most of them, but I get 5 points just for clicking the link in the email. Those 5 points add up over time! You get even more points for completing (or making an attempt at) emailed surveys.
With My Points, I have cashed out gift cards to Old Navy and Walgreens several times each, but there are many reward options to choose from. They deliver your reward quickly and do not send you any unwanted email/snail-mail.
