Jewel-Osco has released a bunch of Twice The Value coupons in the 4/29 Jewel ad or here. Limit 5 per customer per day through Wed. These coupons will double coupons that are up to $1 and if you use a coupon higher than $1, it will just tack on the $1 “double savings” there as well.
