I went shopping today and bought my groceries as usual. I had to pick up some yogurt and didn’t have any coupons with me, so I checked shelf prices. The Jewel brand was $.59 and you got a bonus game piece for purchasing. I got four of them, so I got four game pieces – in addition to the five that I got for other products and the one just for shopping! Each game piece has four markers in it that you moisten and adhere to your board. If you get all the pieces in one section (kind of like the McDonald’s Monopoly game), you win a prize! The more you shop, the more pieces you earn! And to make it even sweeter, each game piece comes with a coupon. I got 3 coupons for Super Chill Pop (usually $1 or less), Farm Stand Carrots (on sale for $1 regularly) and Jewel Yogurt (regular price $.59). So basically, you get entries and coupons for products that are going to get you more entries! So fun! Like last week, I will be marking Bonus Game Ticket Items with a double asterisk **.
