Since the beginning of the year, Jewel has been updating shopper’s cards under a little blue tent in random Jewel locations around the city. They change every month and take place Fri-Mon.
The best thing about this promo (and the main reason to do it!) is that they give you a coupon book full of great coupons when you update your preferred card. It takes about two minutes and you leave with a fabulous booklet full of free dinner!

1 FREE Culinary Circle pizza
1 FREE half-gallon Wild Harvest organic milk
1 FREE 3lb. bag of apples
1 FREE case of Jewel bottled water
1 FREE 4-pack of Homelife toilet paper
1 FREE bottle of Equaline Ibuprofen
You can use these the day you get them or hold onto them to see if you can get two for free during a B1G1 sale. Either way, it’s all free!
There are also a large variety of both store and manufacturer’s coupons inside that can be useful (Tide, Charmin, Rosen’s, PapaNicholas Coffee, and many more).
Also, you can register at any and every event you (or any other family member who has a card!) can make it to. That’s a lot of free pizza!
