There is word that Ibotta has been hacked. People are complaining about missing balances, so I HIGHLY suggest going in and cashing out. While you’re there, change your password. I just attempted to change mine and they will send you a unique link in order to do it. It’ll take you less than a minute and keep your information safe!
This said, Ibotta is a great way to save money, so don’t lose hope! You should be changing your passwords on all platforms regularly to keep them safe. As they say, a hacker’s got to hack (okay, I totally just made that up) and they can show up anywhere. Keep yourself safe!
