Great Deal On Melissa & Doug Products At Amazon

My son recently had his 4th birthday and got some really great gifts from wonderful family and friends (Thanks, guys!). Two of the gifts he got were Melissa & Doug “do it yourself” type things that I had never seen before. He LOVED them. He spent two days on each, all by himself, focusing intently and proud as anything. And anyone who knows this age knows that two days is A LOT of time to spend focused on one thing. I want to buy a hundred more!

Here are a few of the products that I found. Melissa & Doug products don’t ever reduce much, so as far as I’m concerned, any sale is a good thing! And just for the record, we own almost all of these, so I can tell you they are good products and my kids love them!

Melissa & Doug Cutting Food Box – $15.98 (down from $19.99). This is a really cute box full of wooden food that is held together by velcro and you can cut with the “knife.” My son used to love cutting these and putting them back together and now my daughter is growing into them.

Melissa & Doug Magnetic Wooden Alphabet – $9.98 (down from $11.99). The great thing about this set is that it has both upper case and lower case letters. Most other sets don’t offer that option.

Melissa & Doug Decorate Your Own Piggy Bank 2-Pack – $13.99 (no discount). This is one of the “do it yourself” projects. This one comes with two (I wish ours had!) and is really great. Just be careful with the paint! It has not yet washed out of my carpet, daughter’s sleeper or husbands T-shirt.

Melissa & Doug Decorate Your Own Piggy Bank 2-Pack – $6.99 (no discount). This is the other project we received and the one he still plays with. This does not qualify for the rebate, though.
