Head over to the Nike Women Facebook page to get a bunch of free workout MP3 downloads. These are pretty good songs with a nice upbeat vibe. You can grab all of them or some of them. There is a limit of 2,500 downloads (I’m not sure if that’s ever met), but there are new downloads available each week. Be sure to go back and check them regularly!
