My tip for some of the trial sized freebies is this: Clip out your coupons for these items and put them in a Target envelope, coupon booklet or whatever you have. Don’t use them right away. See if there’s a moneymaker that comes up or another deal that can get you a larger size for free. If that doesn’t happen (or you’re just afraid you’ll forget all about it), use the coupon on the free trial size before it expires.
