Hallmark Stores are offering a free kids card to all customers through 3/14. There isn’t much information that I can find online, but the person I spoke with on the phone (I always call to verify if I can’t find the info online!) said that there is no purchase necessary and that you can choose from any Kids Card within their small kids section.
