I’ve heard from several of you that you’ve had trouble redeeming your $3 Gillette coupon at Walmart for a moneymaker. The coupon itself does say that overage should not be given, but since that is at the discretion of Walmart, it’s truly up to them. If they decide not to give you overage, they should still be reducing the price to make it free.
