It is summer! I don’t know about you, but typically during the summer I like to have and go to a few barbecues with friends and family. This summer has been unbelievably hot, so we’ve done more broiling than grilling, but it’s the same idea (just not as deliciously smokey).
One of the few items that most of my family will eat at a barbecue is hot dogs. Ball Park Franks come in both regular and hot dog bun size (they’re longer) and both are available as a beef option. We made these the other day and had a tasty experience! Now I must say that we are pretty snobby Chicagoans when it comes to our hot dogs, but we all agreed that this would be a good alternative to the local brand.
