A lot of places are offering the Flu Shot right now, but this offer from Jewel caught my eye because they are also offering the Flu Mist! The Mist is only an option for people in certain categories (not personally or around anyone going through chemo, not an infant, etc – see actual medical personnel for more details), but it is a nice option if you are not a needle person – like me.
