I am a busy mom. I am always in a rush for dinner and only half the time think to throw something in the crockpot. What I would like to do is have a bunch of things prepared in my freezer. I have tried the “cook all day to make frozen dinners” routine, but the biggest problem I encounter is trying to figure out what tasty recipes will thaw and still have a good texture. I just found this great book – Don’t Panic – Dinner’s in the Freezer: Great-Tasting Meals You Can Make Ahead on Amazon that I plan to buy for myself and it got me thinking that I really want to give a copy away to one of you too!
One lucky reader will win a copy of Don’t Panic – Dinner’s in the Freezer: Great-Tasting Meals You Can Make Ahead!
