- Download the myCVS mobile App : Apple iTunes or Google Play for Free
- Once your download is complete, sign in or create an account
- Now link your CVS Card, you may scan it with your phone or manually enter your ExtraCare card number
- In “Deals Available,” click send to card
- You will now receive your $3 ECB!
