Jewel is running a Buy $100 in Gift Card Mall Gift Cards, Get a CAT good for a $10 Jewel gift card (the CAT expires one week from print, but the gift card will not expire). My guess is that this was supposed to be $100 or more in gift cards, but it’s not. For every $100 you purchase, you’re getting a $10 CAT. Here’s your best deal:

If you wanted to keep this going, you could purchase another Visa Gift Card with your first Visa gift card (making sure to pay as CREDIT, not debit), pay $5.95 to activate and get another $50 in CATs. You could also roll your Visa Gift Card into a gift card for another store. (Mastercard is not participating in this and American Express requires a 4 hour hold before use, so that won’t work for our purposes). You could also do this deal with smaller values ($100, $200, etc), but because you have to pay the $5.95 activation fee on each card, the $500 will maximize your savings.
I’m planning to go to Disney World with my family later this year, so I purchased the $500 Visa Gift Card ($44.05 profit) and then a $500 Disney Gift Card ($50 profit). I did those transactions an hour ago, so I can tell you that it was still working then.
