Smith Research has locations in downtown Chicago, Oakbrook, and Deerfield. Different studies will be located in different locations and they will let you know which when they contact you for a study. Precision Research is located in Des Plaines, just north of O’hare. Fill out an application and make sure that you are within the zip code limits here. Precision typically emails you a screener first and then calls you if you qualify through the screener. I actually prefer it that way, as I waste less time on the phone finding out that I don’t qualify. They are running a promotion this week for all new applicants – Sign up this week and be entered into a drawing for a $250 Jewel gift card. That would be a nice start to your focus group career, huh?
Even if you’re not sure you have the time or transportation for focus groups, it can’t hurt you to sign up. You just might find that they are more convenient that you thought!
