I read about this last night, but since no one was sure if it was working everywhere, I went out to do it myself this morning. Here’s the deal:
The new Kmart ad has a Buy One, Get One Capri-Sun coupon on the back page that will give you up to 5 free boxes in one transaction. Some people were reporting that Capri-Sun was on sale for only $2 each. I went to my Kmart earlier and found a huge display of Capri-Sun, but they were priced at $2.99. However, when I scanned the boxes, they rang up 2/$4! So this is what I did:
Buy 10 Capri Sun $20
Use B1G1 Kmart coupon from ad (limit 5 free boxes)
Final Price: 10/$10
A dollar apiece is a fantastic price for Capri-Sun! Granted, I don’t need to have 10 boxes of Capri-Sun right now, but my daughter’s birthday is coming up, we have playdates all the time and before I know it, I’ll need to run out for juice. This just saved me time and money.
If you do go to the store and don’t see a sale price, be sure to scan it at the price scanner. It wasn’t marked at my store!
