I am a gum girl. I’ve never really gotten into mints, maybe because gum distracts me from eating cookies! The trickiest part for me is keeping a pack in every area where I’d look for it (my car, my purse, my office, my laptop bag, etc), so this new idea from Wrigley piqued my interest.
Wrigley’s gum is introducing some exciting new packaging for their gum brands (like Eclipse). The new packaging essentially offers two packs in one (50 percent more gum total with only a $.10 price increase!). What is cool about the new packaging is it’s more conducive to on-the-go lifestyles. You can easily split the pack in two, so you can throw one in your purse and the other in your car. That way you’re good to go for half of the price you would have otherwise spent!
I recently got to try these new packages and they really are a great deal. The full pack has 18 pieces, two flat packages of 9 pieces. If you want to keep the pack together, you do nothing – just use it as you normally would. If you want to separate the packs, you pull a little tab at one end and the cardboard opens longways. Separate that and you have two distinct packs in their own packaging! Truly a great option when you want to keep gum in all of your “prime” locations.
