I was recently given the opportunity to try the Just Baked Fresh Bread. I tried the Vienna Loaf and served it to my family with a pasta dinner. The outside was crusty, but decently easy to cut through. The middle (my favorite part) is soft and fluffy. When you were a kid, did you ever ball up the inside of a piece of bread and eat it? This is the perfect bread to do that with. Very very soft and just doughy enough.
