My husband does a lot of walking in order to get to his office, so I get very concerned about his footwear. He loves his Vans for as long as he can wear them, but when the snow starts falling, I want to make sure he’s toasty warm. I was recently given the opportunity to try out Men’s Lugz Boots, so I jumped at the chance to try something new. Neither my husband nor I was familiar with the brand, so we were happy to check them out.
My husband wore the Lugz for a few of the colder days we’ve seen in Chicago. Since it’s no longer snowing, we couldn’t test how they would perform in super-cold weather, but we got a good idea.
For starters, they are extremely attractive boots! The stitching lines are all clean and you get the immediate impression that these are high-quality boots. They appear to be very durable and are lined with a warm wool. My husband said that they were heavy in the sense that they felt like they would last awhile, but not so heavy as to weigh down is feet (which is always a concern of mine for him!). The rubber soles are thick and sturdy the laces are tightly wound, so the concern of possible fraying shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, we were both really impressed with their design and durability and would happily pick up another pair or recommend them to you!
To let you try these out for yourself, I am giving a pair of Men’s Lugz Boots away one lucky reader!

Howdy,
I attempted to enter your give away but for some reason I couldn’t get my answer to post on your entry area. I’m hoping that this will count as an entry.
To answer your question, “What is your biggest concern or consideration when you’re buying a pair of boots?”, the biggest consideration is the quality of the boot. I wear boots every day, both for work and for leisure. If the boots aren’t constructed well they won’t last even with proper care and cleaning. Price fits into the equation. I consider boots an investment and if it’s a well made boot then I don’t mind paying a little bit more.
Thank you for your time and offer.
