I like fries. That is the bottom line, I like fries and cheesecake and all that good stuff. And I know I’m not alone! I kinda think my tank says it all, but let’s discuss. As we get older, doing a little more with the body becomes important if we want to keep eating the yumminess. I am a fan of things like kale and fruit (don’t get me wrong!), but I am a big believer in the “everything in moderation” theory.
So what’s a girl to do when she has that yearning for grease? Eat some fries!! Be proud of it and tell the world! Then consider going for a walk or a bike ride or to the park with the kids.
I wear active wear pretty much 85% of the time. Let’s be real. As I’m writing this, I am sitting on a futon in the basement family room with my Diet Coke to my left and laptop on my lap. I don’t need to dress up very often. Yoga pants and T-shirts are my jam. That said, I have to reveal myself to the public when I pick up my kids from school and go out to have an “in-real-life” life, so I like my “look” to be a little stylie when possible. The T-shirt I’m wearing above is from Cents of Style and had me at “fries.” So so cute and a great material for wearing all day long. You can’t see my pants, but they’re the Essie Marbled Yoga Pants that you see in the photo above. These are actual yoga pants (tight and a spandex/nylon combo), so they are for working out vs. going to dinner. That said, I feel like they help smooth out some of the *achem* lines that aging has provided to my thighs.
