With the New Year upon us, I always start to think of what and who I am thankful for. It goes without saying that most of us are thankful for our families, friends, health and many other things in these trying times, but is there someone special who stuck out this year?
I have been trying hard to come up with someone who really made this year a special one and I keep coming back to one person in particular. After struggling with the idea of having a babysitter for my kids who wasn’t a relative, my husband and I found a lovely girl late last year who was a friend of a friend. She is a smart, gentle, creative and kind girl who loves my children. We see her several times per week for a few hours and my kids are excited each and every time she comes. She has become like family to us and I am extremely grateful for her.
In my opinion, the holiday season is a particularly great time to share a meaningful thank you. Whether the person you want to thank is your sitter, your neighbor who throws a great party or your postal worker who delivers the mail with a smile, there is no better way to share the ‘Joy of Thank You’ than with a box of Merci chocolates. These are good! Each box of Merci includes a delicious selection of rich, European chocolates made from the finest ingredients. Flavors range from Milk Chocolate, Cream Truffle and Hazelnut-Almond to Dark Cream and Praline-Crème and are truly scrumptious. They are creamy and melt in your mouth.
To make your New Year a little sweeter, three lucky winners will get a box of Merci Chocolates!
