JCPenney has announced that the promotion for free haircuts that they ran in August would become a permanent addition starting 11/4! So beginning in November, you can go to JCPenney and get a free haircut for the entire family! I would be sure to make an appointment first, as I’m sure this will be a popular freebie!

Dawn you are right, this will be for children only. Here is the info: kids between kindergarten and sixth grade will be able to stop by for a free haircut every Sunday starting in November.
