Thanks for the rebate form! I was looking for this because we use this A LOT in our home. And there is a coupon for this: $1 Off any Woolite Formula Expires 9/30/11, from the SS 7/31

just bought woolite carpet elemator for pets and cant the free rebate form through youre website it says damaged wont let me get the form thanks william

Could someone please give me the UPC for the pet urine eliminator. DH threw out bottle before I could mail in rebate!
