Nature Valley Granola Bars are on sale 2/$4 at Walgreens this week. I wasn’t sure if the Nature Valley National Catalina Deal would work at Wags (occasionally they don’t), so I went out to try it this morning. Low and behold, it did! Here’s how to work this deal:
Buy five Nature Valley Granola Bars $10
Use five $.50 from Coupons.com or SmartSource or or two $1/2 from Pillsbury or Betty Crocker and one $.50 coupon (coupons should total $2.50)
Pay $7.50, Get $3.50 CAT
Final Price: 5/$4 ($.80 each!)
As deals become more popular, coupons will reach their print limits. Even if you’re not sure that you can get to Walgreens until later in the week, I’d print your coupons now.

In the Walgreens ad, I do not see that you receive register rewards when buying the Nature Valley Granola Bars. Can someone clairify that please?
Sure. This is not a Register Rewards deal, so you won’t see it in the ad. There is a National Catalina deal going on (linked above) that will give you a $3.50 CAT (or Register Reward in this case) at ANY participating store nationwide. Many stores do participate, but you don’t really know until you try it. I was hoping that this would work, but there was no way to know. I tried it on a hunch and it did!
Thank for the info. So even though it worked for you, it may not work for me?
No, no – it will work for you! I just meant that the deals on the National CAT list don’t always work at every store. Once we can confirm that it works at a store, we can be sure that it works at that family of stores. But just because it works at Walgreens, doesn’t mean that it’ll work at say Meijer (although they usually do). Sorry for the confusion!
I just tried this today, in Hayden Idaho, and the Catalina did not print.
That’s odd. I’ve done this deal twice and it worked both times. Do you know if other RR were printing? You could call Catalina at 1-888-8coupon and see if they can help you. I’ve had CAT’s not print several times in the past and if they see that they’re valid, they mail them too you.
