Jimmy Dean Breakfast Free Coupon Giveaway – 4 Winners!

I am not a huge breakfast person. It is not uncommon for me to go out with my family for breakfast and for the server to bring three plates of pancakes and one chicken parmesan sandwich. I get looks from the server, but my family is used to my eccentricities. So when I got the chance to try some of Jimmy Dean’s new Jimmy D breakfast foods at Blogher, I wasn’t sure if I’d like them or not. They looked good, but with my anti-breakfast stance, I didn’t know.

They were offering two of their three new varieties for us to taste: Jimmy D’s French Toast Griddlers and Jimmy D’s Griddle Sticks (the French Toast Duo’s weren’t there).

Jimmy D’s French Toast Griddlers are quite tasty. They are made of two pieces of French Toast with a Turkey Sausage Patty sandwiched in-between. They aren’t overly sweet, but very flavorful. They are also not at all greasy, which is sometimes the case with foods like this. I would definitely recommend them and have them again myself.

The Jimmy D’s Griddle Sticks were, for lack of a better way of saying it, food-heaven on earth. I think I ate 4 of these over the course of 2 days. I skipped both breakfast and lunch because I far preferred this turkey sausage wrapped in a corn-dog-like-pancake morsel of perfection to anything else they were offering. I have dreamt of them often since that day.
