I went to Jewel today to do my first General Mills run. I also wanted to pick up some more Lean Cuisine on the cheap ($.75 each after Your Bucks) and $.01 Bread (the price went up).
Here’s what I did:
5 Fiber One Bars $2.49/$3.49 shelf price
5 Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks $1.99 (no sale price)
1 Cheerios $2.49/$3.29 shelf price
3 Simply Cookies $2.50/$3.75 shelf price
2 Fisher Fusions $1.49
2 Lean Cuisine $1.99 (this price ends 2/28!)
1 Jewel Bread $.99
I used
5 $.40 Fiber One coupons
2 $.50/2 Fruit Snacks coupons
2 $1 Simply Cookies coupons
1 $.55 Simply Cookies coupon
2 $1 Fisher coupons
$4.50 Your Bucks CATs
$18 Wags Register Rewards
Final Price: $11.99
I got back $24.50 CATs ($3.50 Your Bucks, $14 General Mills, $3.50 Fiber One, $3.50 Fruit Snacks)
Total Cost: $9.99
This is a little more than I would usually pay for a deal like this, but I wanted the Fiber One bars. They are really not the best deal (even with the double dip), but they are my go-to snack of choice when I’m on the run. I also had no coupons for the Cheerios, but we use them and I needed a filler to get me over the $40 mark (I stacked the deal).
