You guys know that I am a huge fan of CVS. They have excellent deals (that I write up every week!) and I’ve shopped there for years. They have great sales and great Extra Care Bucks deals, but they also have great in-house products!
CVS has revamped their Gold Emblem line! They’re showcasing a new look, higher ingredient standards, and nutritional information on the front of the packaging to help shoppers make more informed decisions. That’s huge!
You all know that I love a deal and that I think we have to be less brand loyal and more budget-conscious. Nine times out of ten, the store brand is just as good (and often cheaper!) than the name brands. In the past, store brands may have been perceived as somehow inferior to national brands, but that is not the case here. CVS/pharmacy’s rigorous taste-testing process actually includes both an in-house tasting panel and an external third-party panel of professional taste-testers to ensure that Gold Emblem is a perfect example of how a less expensive store brand alternative means exceptional quality that is on-par to national competitors.
To get everyone excited about CVS’s new Gold Emblem makeover and budget-friendly options, I am giving one lucky winner a CVS Gold Emblem Prize Pack including Gold Emblem Honey Almonds, Gold Emblem Chocolate Chip Cookies, Gold Emblem Almonds, Gold Emblem Neon Crawlers and Gold Emblem Raspberry Shortbread Cookies!
