Today I had a wedding to go to (for my oldest friend in the world – not chronologically the oldest, but the girlfriend I’ve known and been friends with for over 33 years. Happy wedding day friend!!), so my shops were short and sweet. A few of you have asked what the L’Oreal Scrubs looked like (for the $6 moneymaker that can be gotten at CVS), so please take a look at my bottles above. These are found in the facial care area near the L’Oreal Regenerist and other L’Oreal items. Here’s what I did:
CVS
2 L’Oreal Paris 360 Scrub $5.49 each (Used 2 $2 L’Oreal Skincare from 9/14 RP)
4 Wet ‘N Wild Nail Polish $.99 each (Used 4 $1 from 9/21 SS – reduced down to $3.96)
1 Mike & Ikes Candy 5 oz $1
1 Starbucks Refreshers $1.50 (Used $1 Starbucks Refreshers coupon)
Used $8 ECB from previous weeks
Paid $.48 plus tax, Got $10 ECB from L’Oreal Paris, $1.50 ECB from Starbucks and $1 Mike & Ikes from SavingStar
Final Price: $4.02 Moneymaker
Walgreens
2 Werther’s Candy 2/$3 (Used $1/2 Werther’s from Sept Walgreens coupon booklet and 2 $1 Werther’s Candy coupons)
Paid $0 plus tax
Final Price: Free
So after everything was said and done, CVS and Walgreens paid me $4.02 to shop today! I will go back again this week to do the L’Oreal 360 deal again (I didn’t know the limit was two until after I bought the first set and I had to run to a wedding, so no time to dash home for extra coupons!), but I’m pretty happy with this shop just the way it is! I hope this gives you some ideas! Happy shopping this week!
