I went to cvs just for this and I’m not sure if the transaction is correct.
I bought 1 pack , my card was scanned and I handed over the coupon.
I paid $2.05?? It was on sale for $3.34
So she subtracted- $1.50 and it was $1.84 plus $.21 cents total tax.

Correct me if Im wrong but wasn’t she suppose to enter the new price of
$1.50 and I pay the tax of the $3.34 ?? Which is .21 cents.

Gen, the coupon should have taken off $1.84 and the price before tax should be $1.50.

That’s what I figured. But too late now and I’m not driving there to get back less than .50 cents

Sorry about that Gen! The next time you go to that store (if it’s within a week) I would take your receipt back with a copy of the coupon (if you have it) & ask the manager to fix the error. It wouldn’t hurt to ask!
