Hexbug Nano Giveaway!

by Alli on October 18, 2011

I am not a bug person. I will be the first person to tell you that! I don’t like critters on my floors or on my walls, but I found a few that I can tolerate. Hexbugs are little  micro robotic creatures that can actually explore their way around a room or a maze! They are actually pretty amazing.

The Hexbug Original Creature can actually sense objects in it’s path and avoid them by using it’s bump sensor feelers. You can create a maze or a path and watch him navigate his way through it! You can even move it around by making loud noises – it can sense them!

The Hexbug Nano is a littler version of the Original, but it uses vibration to move forward. It can also navigate mazes and flips on it’s feet if it gets knocked over. If you or your child is a collector, this is one more collectible! Each Nano is assigned a unique serial number and point value system. You can register your Nano online and play games, earn points and learn about real scientists and their discoveries. Fun!

To get one of you started on your Hexbug excursion, Hexbug is giving away a Hexbug Nano to one lucky reader!

To enter this giveaway, complete any or all of the options listed below. Giveaway ends 10/25. Good luck!

**Fine Print – Hexbug gave me a Nano and an Original Hexbug for review purposes and is giving a Nano away to a reader. All statements and opinions above are my own.

Difficult question…Are the real bugs contained? If so, probably the real ones because they wouldn’t get left laying on my living room floor to be stepped on unexpectedly in the middle of the night when I went to get a bottle…But, the hexbugs have the benefit of not being creepy crawly…lol
